Note: To maintain your Arbiter form indefinitely, you must constantly monitor the form’s energy bar. Just as it is about to deplete, cast your next Falling Star skill to fully replenish it, thereby preventing the form from dropping off.
It is also worth noting that if you choose to directly activate your Ultimate ability, your energy bar will instantly fill to capacity, and the duration of your Arbiter form will be significantly extended.
